Forfeit Fee
Managers Only.
One time forfeit fee for a new team or to re-instate team forfeit fee after a forfeit. Teams who forfeit must pay the $32.50 forfeit fee. Forfeit fee must received within five (5) days of the forfeit. Teams will not be allowed to play until the forfeit fee has been paid. $ 32.50
